Summer - Office Manager
Summer is a graduate of Chemeketa Community College in Salem, OR. She’s got many years as both a dental assistant and office manager under her belt, so she’s an excellent source for help when you need it. From answering phone calls to managing insurance and billing, Summer can do it all. Outside of work, Summer stays busy with her family including her husband, four kids, and caring for her disabled father. The family loves hiking, camping, and taking road trips to explore Idaho. Summer also loves trying out new recipes, spending a lot of time in the kitchen.
Natasha - Dental Assistant
Natasha graduated from the College of Western Idaho and has been working in the dental field since 2019 when she started at Bauter Dentistry & Aesthetics. Natasha is expand her skills as a Dental Assistant. She’s a quick learner, and an absolutely integral part of our team. She says patients love coming to see us because of the genuine level of care they receive and also the chocolate treat at the end of their appointment. When she’s not working, Natasha likes spending time with her family and friends, hiking, and going out to eat at Wylders.
Irina - Registered Dental Hygienist
Irina is a graduate of Carrington College and has been working in the dental field for over 16 years. She joined our office in 2018 and quickly made herself an indispensable part of the team. She loves the supportive family atmosphere at the office, and the fact that she gets to educate people to help them achieve their smile goals. Outside of our dental office, Irina is also a Realtor with Amherst Madison Real Estate Advisors. She is married with two kids, and the whole family enjoys hiking, swimming at hot springs, and exploring new restaurants together.
Emily - Registered Dental Hygienist
Emily graduated from Idaho State University and has been working in dentistry for about 16 years. She joined our Boise office in 2017 and is known as the lady who hands out chocolate! When she was 14 years old, she listened to a dental hygienist describe their duties during a career day event. From that moment on, she knew that this was what she wanted to be. Outside of work, Emily likes to be outdoors. You’ll find her skiing, rafting, hiking, camping, and paddle- boarding. She also loves going to concerts and movies.
Viktoriya - Dental Assistant
Viktoriya has been working in the field of dentistry for over 15 years after receiving her Dental Assistant training in California. She has always been interested in dentistry and loves the fact that she gets to put smiles on people’s faces. When she’s not at the dental office, Viktoriya also works in real estate. She is married with three daughters, and the family loves to have fun and bake macaroons.
Kristi - Registered Dental Hygienist
Kristi joined our practice in 2017 and received her training at Idaho State University. She takes on a lot of different responsibilities at work, including cleanings, x-rays, and periodontal treatments. She loves building relationships with the patients, and loves the fact that she gets to educate them on what would be best for their individual needs to achieve better oral and overall health. Outside of work, Kristi is married with four kids, and the family loves to boat in the summer, bike in the spring and fall, and ski in the winter. She also volunteers at her church, as well as teaching art at the local elementary school.
Micky - Front Office / Certified Dental Assistant
Micky is a graduate of Carrington College’s Dental Assisting Program and has been working in dentistry since 2019. She handles many different aspects of work in our office, including scheduling patients, verifying insurances, and helping with procedures whenever an extra hand is needed. She says that it’s extremely rewarding to be able to help patients reach their individual health goals, whether that is getting them out of pain or helping them to achieve their dream smile. Micky is also an artist and loves to sketch. She also loves hiking and trying new restaurants – she really loves brunch, so you might see her down at Goldy’s.
