Patient Safety

Trust Us for Safe Dentistry in Boise

We Take Patient Safety Seriously

Pre-screening Measures and Questions

Please know that before you come to our office for an appointment, we might be asking some health-related questions. This is because we remain committed to providing safe dentistry in Boise for patients of all ages. We’ll also go over some policy changes, including having all patients wear masks and have their temperature taken upon arrival. Rest assured, we’ll spend as much time as you need to go over what you can expect. If at any time you’re in the office and you have questions, please let us know so we can help. We love helping and making you feel comfortable every step of the way.

Updated Sterilization and Disinfection Protocols

Before the COVID-19 outbreak, our office was already focused on providing safe dentistry in Boise. We’ve always held ourselves accountable for relying on very stringent procedures for infection control protocol. Now, we’ll also be having a post-procedure disinfection spray in each treatment room. We’ll also do the same for our common area and reception. We hope that you’ll allow for a few extra minutes in between appointments so that Dr. Bauter and the team can safely and adequately prepare for our next patient. When treatment is complete, anything that’s disposable will be removed, and every single surface will be wiped down twice before spraying each room with a special disinfectant.

Safe Dentistry in Boise for You and Your Family

Please note that any changes or new ways of doing things are based on the helpful guidelines set up by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the American Dental Association, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Also, know that as things continue to change and improve, we’ll be able to do the same at our office, so that we’re always ready to safely treat Boise smiles. Regulations and procedures may need to be updated, and we’re prepared for whatever it takes at any time. We’re taking every precaution possible both in the office and in our personal life because, as our patients, your health is always on our minds and in our hearts.
